Payment

We accept payment via Paypal,Credit and Debt card. Please note if paying with cheque or e-chegue item(s) will not be processed until payment is cleared, this can take as long as 7 working days. Once payment has cleared is when item(s) will be started to be made (if custom or made to order item(s)), or dispatched.

All items are required to be paid within 24 hours, if you have an issue please Contact Us prior to ordering. Alternatively email us at Hello@retroflamingoboutique.com.

Layaway

Some item(s) may be purchased via interest free transactions, please note following the first instalment the postage cost will also be recovered. Once entering into a Layaway agreement you have the same cancellation policy of 12 hours, following purchase.

Please note unless otherwise informed a default of a Layaway and non rectification of the debt within 24 hours, your order will be cancelled and no monies already recovered will be return to you. Please note no layaway made to order item(s) will be started until full payment has been received.

Delivery

We ship UK orders via Royal Mail. International and European orders are shipped via Royal Mail International delivery.

All items are sent first or second class tracked delivery (dependant on which option you choose), however should you require an item guaranteed for a specific date please contact us to discuss other postage options. We obtain proof of postage.

Once your item as been sent we will update your order with necessary information.

International and European Customers please note items may be delayed to customs checks, we are not liable for any custom charges you have to pay.

Lost Items

If your item(s) don’t arrive please Contact Us. Alternatively please email Sales@retroflamingoboutique.com. Please note UK orders aren’t considered lost until after 15 working days, European after 28 working days and Worldwide after 42 working days. Working days exclude bank holidays and weekends. If this time span has lapsed we will issue a full refund.

Cancellations

Customers can cancel their item within 12 hours of ordering, after this time you will need to refer to refund policy. Please Contact Us. Alternatively please email us at Sales@retroflamingoboutique.com.

Changed Your Mind

If you change your mind you can return your item(s) for delivery up to 14 days after delivery. Custom orders and Sale items are exempt from this unless faulty. If you change your mind please Contact Us. Alternatively you can email us at Sales@retroflamingoboutique.com. You will be funded cost of the item(s) on receipt of good(s). Please note original postage cost will not be refunded. Customers who change their mind are responsible for return postage, please obtain proof of postage.  Please note all item(s) should be in a good unused condition, we will not accept returns otherwise

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged please Contact Us. Alternatively please email us at Returns@retroflamingoboutique.com. We may ask you to provide us with photo evidence. Item(s) will then need to returned to us, please note we only return postage up to standard UK postage. Please obtain proof of postage. We can offer a replacement (if available) or a full refund, once we have received the item(s) back.

Exemptions

Please note earrings, digital and Perishable exempt from refunds. Custom order(s) and Sale item(s) are exempt from returns unless faulty.

Free Gifts

If you receive a free gift with your order(s), this will be required to be returned along with the returned item(s). If you have any concerns please Contact Us. Alternatively please email us at Sales@retroflamingoboutique.com.
